2025 Scholarship Program

2026 Application Coming Soon

The Construction Management Association of America, Northern California Chapter (CMAA NorCal Chapter) 2026 Scholarship Program will be announced soon. This program was created in accordance with our Chapter Bylaws and our mission to promote excellence and professionalism in Construction Management (CM). We hope to have another year of outstanding applicants and give recognition to those students that demonstrate exceptional scholastic achievement and promise as future CM practitioners.

PURPOSE

The program is designed to recognize and provide financial assistance to Northern California area college students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate level CM programs.

APPLICATION, CRITERIA AND EVALUATION

 

  • Up to $21,000 will be awarded through five (5) individual scholarships, and two (2) special category scholarships. (amounts are subject to change)

    • Individual scholarships include:

      • One (1) at $5,000, one (1) at $4,000, one (1) at $3,000, and two (2) at $2,500​

    • Community College or Trade School:

      • $2,000 are designated for a community college or trade school student.

    • First-Generation Student:

      • $2,000 are designated for First Generation Student

  • You must be enrolled in a college, university, community college, or trade school located in Northern California.

  • Students interested in being considered for a scholarship need to complete the 2026 Scholarship Application Package Application. The application form can be found soon

  • Each application will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the criteria stated in the application.

  • 2026 Application due date will be announced at a later date.

  • NOTE: Scholarship recipients must be available to attend the 2026 CMAA NorCal Gala date and location TBD. The scholarship winners will also receive airfare (if necessary), hotel accommodation and full access to the CMAA NorCal Gala.
