Refund Policy: Effective January 1st, 2020 tickets are non- refundable however they are transferable. Please notify Chapter Operations - INFO@cmaanorcal.org if your are transferring your ticket no later than 2 days prior to event with the new name.  If purchasing a ticket in error we will reduce 2.5% from the refund for the credit card processing. If we cancel an event; or someone can’t attend due to health concerns we will not reduce the credit card fee.
