CMAA NorCal Special Event - Successful Management and Resolution of Loss Productivity Claims

Summary:

Whereas loss of productivity claims used to be the exception, it is now the rule. Contractors often submit loss of productivity claims these days, especially on large capital projects. While it is one of the most contentious types of construction claims, it is also challenging to understand and analyze because many of them are not properly substantiated or presented. Our guest speakers will discuss entitlement, causation, and quantum of loss of productivity claims supplemented by project case studies.

By attending this session, the attendees will understand the multiple reasons behind the loss of productivity claims through various case studies. Attendees will also be presented with topics as to how to incorporate innovative and strategic approaches in executing projects.
