Site Tour Description:
Fresno State has initiated its first new student housing project in over 50 years, aiming to address the university’s growing demand for affordable, on-campus accommodations. The project supports Fresno State’s broader commitment to students by creating a supportive environment for academic and personal growth for the student-parent population on campus.
The 80,000 SF development will provide apartment-style housing for 228 students and include modern amenities like study spaces, recreational areas, and dining facilities designed to enhance the living experience. This project is funded by state housing grants and CSU revenue bonds.
