Site Tour Description:
The Heart Group is constructing a new, consolidated medical campus in Fresno, California, at the northwest corner of Peach and Herndon, expected to open in Fall 2026. The project features 7 buildings designed for comprehensive cardiac care, including diagnostic departments, a fitness center, and wellness programs. Construction began in 2025, with crews, including Quiring General, performing concrete pours in late 2025.

Project Scope: Consolidates Fresno and Clovis offices into one campus, featuring 7 buildings, specialized diagnostic areas, a fitness center, and, a, wellness center.
Progress: Groundbreaking occurred on May 22, 2025, with site-clearance work beginning in late 2025.
