About The Event

****REGISTRATION PAGE EXTENDED FOR 1 WEEK - 100% OF TICKETS OR SPONSORSHIP SALES WILL BE GOING TO GIRLS INC.****

The CMAA NorCal Programs Committee, in collaboration with COMTO, WTS and ACEC BBC, is proud to bring together Bay Area Transit Leaders for a discussion on equality, access, and inclusion and what their agencies and other agencies are doing to address it.  Hear first-hand stories of challenges to overcome, actions being taken, and explore the values and leadership we must bring each day. Participants are encouraged to share experiences, comments, and questions directly with our panelists.

Learn About Bullets:

•             What can agencies do to advance equity?

•             What is needed to continue to advance the socio-economic landscape?

•             What progress is being made by looking at EEO Programs?

•             How agencies are ensuring essential workers and underserved communities aren’t left further behind during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

All proceeds from this Webinar will go to Girls Inc. a non-profit to connect Alameda County girls in from underserved neighborhoods with access to the resources and opportunities they need to navigate gender, economic, and racial barriers, and realize their potential: https://girlsinc-alameda.org
