"Owners-Only" Round Table Series "Progressive Design Build from an Owner’s Perspective"

This Roundtable will feature Mike Meredith, one of the industry’s leading practitioners in design/build and former Capital Outlay director for DGS, who recently turned to progressive design build to deliver the State’s $3+ billion State Projects Infrastructure Fund (SPIF)  program under extremely challenging conditions through the pandemic. Out of this experience came Mike’s current effort;  a progressive design build manual for owners to define policies and procedures and industry best practices. This presentation is especially timely since SB 706 was introduced this legislative session, and if passed, would allow all counties, cities and special districts to use Progressive Design-Build.
